Main Stand Planning Approval (Twice!) and current Project Managers
In September 2017 EnTodo were appointed as Project Managers to plan, procure and lead the team for the Clubs planning application, for the new Main Stand at Selhurst Park in South London. A fast track planning application, taking just 6 months from concept to resolution to grant at Croydon planning committee in April 2018.
In January 2022 we were again asked to lead the team and submit a second application, a full scheme planning update to comply with the Mayors London Plan, achieving GLA approval and a second resolution to grant at Croydon's planning committee in October 2022.
In January 2024 we were appointed by the Club as Project Managers to coordinate and monitor the consultant team leading the Stage 4 Detailed Design

EnTodo Project and Development Managers January 2022 - June 2023
EnTodo were appointed as Project Managers and Development Managers leading the Masterplanning and Development of the First Team and Academy sites for Plymouth Argyle Football Club.
In 2022 and 2023 we supported the successful acquisition of both Academy and First Team sites for the Club including leading feasibility studies, brief development, survey procurement and management, masterplanning, stakeholder management, budget and goal setting, risk management and full team procurement. EnTodo are appointed as Project Managers working with Sedley Place Architects on this exciting new planning application and construction project in Farringdon London - completing August 2024
New glazed extension and staircase plus roof extension(s) and a full internal refurbishment, including a new lift installation, to this existing five story office building.
